  • Is Pool Heat & Spa Heat extra?

    Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

  • Is there a BBQ Grill?

    Yes there is a gas Weber BBQ grill onsite that is available to rent for $90 for your entire stay. 

  • Where is the Moon Valley Villa located?

    The Moon Valley Villa is located in the resort community of Champions Gate in the Orlando Florida area. 

  • How close is Disney & Themeparks?

    Champions Gate Resort is conveniently located just a short drive from the Disney Themparks, Universal Studios, and the Orlando International Airport.

  • Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

    There is a child safety fence blocking the pool and door alarms installed on all doors leading out to the lanai/pool area. 

  • Is the kitchen fully stocked?

    The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to local health codes, no food or food related items are provided.)

  • How Many Bedrooms does the Moon Valley Villa have?

    Moon Valley Villa has 8 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms across 4200 square feet. 

  • What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

    Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice in Orlando).

  • What type of coffee maker is in the home?

    Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

  • Are linens and towels provided?

    Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided for use at our home only. Please do not bring the house towels to the Oasis Club or Retreat Waterparks - they provide towels for day use. 

  • Do you allow pets or dogs?

    No. Animals of any kind are strictly prohibited from staying in our home. 

  • Is Wifi provided for free?

    High speed internet, cable tv, and wifi internet is provided at not cost. 

  • Is smoking/vaping allowed in the home or by the pool?

    Smoking & Vaping is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool in the screened in lanai. 

  • What are the times for check-in and checkout?

    Check-in is at 4 PM.  Checkout is at 10 AM.

  • Where is the overflow parking in ChampionsGate Resort?

    In the event that your party has more vehicles than will fit in the driveway of the home or on the street, you can park them in the Oasis Club parking lot. 

  • What golf courses are nearby?

  • Are there more than 1 houses named Moon Valley Villa?

    Yes but we are the official Moon Valley Villa. Other rental companies have named their property the same to borrow upon our good reputation.
